Chapter 831: Rebirth of The Queen Of Vine (2)

"Unbelievable," Klaus's mother said, watching the jaw-dropping display in the air. Lucy was standing on the ground while hundreds of razor-sharp vines pierced through thousands of beasts, monsters, and humanoids.

The tribulation had entered the 6th level, featuring thousands of monsters, beasts, and humanoid beasts.

However, instead of panicking or taking up arms and charging into battle, Lucy stood rooted in the same spot, merely watching the display as if she weren't concerned about anything.

"Does this have something to do with Klaus's blood?" Klaus's mom couldn't help asking. She knew her son's blood had some special effect on the women and all those he gave it to.

So she wanted to know.

"No, mother. This is all Lucy. Klaus's blood will kick in after the tribulation. This means you shouldn't worry. The daughter-in-laws will protect your son," Queenie replied with a smile. She was clearly impressed and proud of Lucy.

Klaus's mom smiled, knowing what they said was true. What Lucy was doing wasn't something to be taken lightly.

After a while, she cleared the 6th level, and the seventh came. This time, it was a 3-meter-tall knight, wielding a large sword.

The moment it appeared, it slashed its sword at Lucy, sending an arc of energy toward her. This time, she moved and stabbed her spear forward.

"Judgement of the Queen!" Thousands of vines erupted from the ground and, like snakes, charged at the arc, while Lucy herself moved toward the knight.

This display caught the knight off guard, so he braced for impact. However, the attack never came. Instead, Lucy hovered before the knight and extended her hand.

"Vine Queen's Seed." A small golden seed appeared in Lucy's palm and flew into the knight's forehead. The moment this happened, the heavens furiously roared.

However, Lucy merely looked up and winked. The knight that had been standing tall with its sword suddenly went down on its knees.

"You are already a knight, so I will give you a nice name." Lucy walked toward the kneeling knight and tapped her spear on its shoulder.

"From now on, your name shall be Sir Luda, the Leader of my Vine Army." Vines shot from the ground and dragged Sir Luda down, burying him in the earth.

The heavens roared so loudly that the citizens of Earth felt their hearts shake. However, remembering what Nari said, they didn't panic. Thankfully, the heavens couldn't take drastic measures, considering Lucy was no Paragon.

However, they would remember, and in her next tribulation, they would come after her, this time more relentless than before.

"Until then, see ya," Lucy said, moving and landing on the ground. The moment she did, she was encased in a domain of vines.

Many years ago, it had trapped immortals and gods.

Now, this same Vine Queen Domain had appeared on Earth, and even though it was nowhere near the level it had been millions of years ago, it was, without a doubt, the same domain.

"If I am not mistaken, that knight had divine lightning within it, and that was why Big sister Lucy was able to take control over it.

I have a feeling that the knight will come back very powerful, someone who can compete with even Void stage beings," Pickle Berry said after the tribulation ended.

Queenie and Nari exchanged amused looks. Though Klaus' mom wasn't smiling...

"Isn't that something dangerous to do? I mean, stealing from the heavens?" Klaus's mom asked, hearing what Pickle Berry said.

"Big brother used to say, they can go cry to their mommies." The ladies laughed when she said this, and even Klaus's mom couldn't help smiling.

They remained seated, watching the domain of vines stay still for three hours until it suddenly started to move.

From within, a beauty appeared. It was Lucy who had finished undergoing her awakening.

She was a beauty like no other.

She had flowing, lush, emerald green hair with delicate vines woven throughout, falling down her back. Her eyes were deep, vivid emerald eyes that complemented her affinity for the wood element.

Her attire was a regal, intricately detailed gown woven from living vines and leaves, shimmering with subtle golden highlights, and embedded with glowing emerald gemstones pulsing with energy.

On her head was a crown or circlet of ancient wood and leaves, with softly glowing green runes. Delicate vine-like jewelry wrapped her arms and neck, alive and moving gently.

"Oh, she is gorgeous," Klaus's mom said, smiling as the vines carried their queen toward the platform they were sitting on.

When she landed, plants started growing on the surface of the platform as she moved toward her sisters and mother-in-law.

"Wow, big sister, you are very beautiful," Pickle Berry jumped into her arms and started playing with the crown of leaves on her head.

"Why don't I improve our sitting setup?" Lucy waved her hand, and chairs made of wood and leaves appeared. The ladies promptly sat down.

"Wow, I can feel my body getting energy just by sitting on this chair," Klaus's mom said, looking surprised. Lucy smiled.

"It is one of the perks you will get for having a Sylvan as your daughter-in-law," Lucy said. Her race had changed to that of a Sylvan.

The Sylvan are a mystical humanoid race deeply connected to the forest and the primal forces of nature. Their lifespans stretch across millions, drawing strength from ancient trees and nature spirits.

Legend has it that the race came from the Primordial Worldvine, an ancient sentient plant that once ruled the primordial era.

Beings from the Sylvan race are considered immortals since their life forces come from plants. Provided there are plants around, death is the last thing they will worry about.

Their mother tree, the Primordial Worldvine, blesses them with the ability to take and share life with the plants.

After Lucy explained her race to them, the ladies became puzzled. Having such a race and bloodline would set her on a path of immortality long before she even attains immortality.

"First, big sister, where did you send that knight you took from the heavens?" Pickle Berry asked with a curious expression.

"I sent him to the mother tree. She will turn him into a warrior for me," Lucy said with a smile.

"The mother tree?" The ladies looked at her with raised eyebrows.

"Right. I am the queen of vine, meaning I am directly under the mother tree, the Primordial Worldvine. I am her daughter in a way." Lucy said with a giggle.

"Forget it, we don't understand anything you are saying," Klaus's mom said, shaking her head. Pickle Berry, however, held a shocked expression on her face.

She said nothing.
