Chapter 599 - 597: FUTURE PLANS

Chapter 599: Chapter 597: FUTURE PLANS

Starting with the hot issue which connects to the shipment which had finally arrived, Diamond needed to deal with the shops she hadn’t put to use yet.

Before leaving for Gesalsi, she had Agatha and Cindy talk with Nancy and let them deal with the renovations of the other shops.

From what she got from the reports, the two ladies picked a nearby shop, which was a two-story building. This building was the second produce shop and she would have to check with Agatha and Cindy to see how long it would take for the shop to open and business to start.

With that building taken care, it meant that she remained with one supermarket, and one mini-market. These two hadn’t been touched yet.

With the many goods she purchased from Gesalsi, she would need to put them somewhere and sell them.

She didn’t know if the business would soar, or it would fail. After all, the products she chose were different from the usual products that were being sold in the city.

However, she wanted to try her luck. Besides, with her name on it, she didn’t believe that it won’t sell. She had seen how her fans reacted whenever she was enjoying Gesalsi food back then.

There was no way that she would fail, right?

With that spark of confidence in her, she decided to pick the mini-market and use it to sell the convenience food stuff from Gesalsi.

In case she fails, she would just change the business idea, or open another fresh produce shop.

With that idea settled, she moved on to another problem and one that couldn’t be ignored; the lab.

The building for the lab would be finished in a week or so, if she wasn’t mistaken.

The staff had been hired already and all that remained was for them to start working, which would be done in early April and, in her case, 3 April. Since the start of the month was on the weekend.

Before the lab stands firmly on its feet, she won’t be traveling recklessly. After all, there were many recipes at risk there, and she didn’t dare risk anything. She would need to work a bit extra when the time comes. freeweɓnovel.cøm

Another matter was regarding the Radiance Manor. The preparations were still underway. However, from the way they were progressing, the manor should be opening early April as well. That means that the first week was going to be one heck of a week.

She was going to be drained.

Returning to Frin’s projects, which she had to oversee, there was the matter of the orphanage and the school which she received.

These two were undergoing renovations. She didn’t know which stage they were, but she needed to deal with those seriously. After all, lives were at stake. One day, in those places, some fortunate kids would be staying at the orphanage and attending the school.

Last but not least, there was the charity event coming in a week or so. she needed to practice running and attend a marathon. She didn’t want to lose face at all.

She had to give in her best.

With so much brewing in her mind, it wasn’t long before she found herself driving through the second farm’s gates.

Rather than going to the first farm, she decided to go where she wanted. She would check the first farm once she was done.

When she arrived, she spotted a tillage machine in the field. She couldn’t help but nod her head appreciatively.

Cain was doing a good job, and she was proud of it. Having an employee who loves his job like Cain, she didn’t have much to worry about.

When she was parking her car, she spotted Cain coming from the other side, where construction was taking place.

By the time she was standing on her two feet, the man was nearby.

Diamond smiled at the man, who knew much but never asked what he shouldn’t.

Cain was very happy to see his boss. Whenever he sees her, something good would always happen.

"Miss, it’s good to see you again!" Cain didn’t bother to hide his happiness as he looked at her while approaching.

Diamond beamed at him, seeing how glad he was to see her. That was just pure happiness and not flattery. It made her feel very good.

"It’s good to see you as well."

"Hehe, how was your trip?"

’Everything went well. I hope this side, it was well as well."

"Hehe, it was great. And now that you are here, it’s even more perfect!"

At hearing such flattering words, Diamond looked at the man affectionately. She liked him more and more.

"Now that I am here, tell me the progress of what’s going on," she said as she started walking.

Cain followed along, a smile on his face as he started reporting to her.

"We are now tilling the land and with the current progress. The while farm would be done in three days. at the same time, the dam is completed, and the walls were finished two days ago.

There is a bit of water in the dam and at the rate it’s coming out, it might take ages before the dam is full. But I can say that it’s hopeful.

On the other side, the construction team had started building the dorms. In a month or so, the new dorms will be done. It won’t be too late to hire more people by then."

Diamond listened to Cain as he reported everything about the second farm in detail. He was very detailed and didn’t miss a single thing.

What she liked about him; was how he would break down all the expenses. Cain was transparent and an honest person. He didn’t vie for what wasn’t his, and that made her like him and use him more.

Otherwise, if he wasn’t like that, she wouldn’t dare risk letting him know some of her secrets.

Diamond was happy with the progress and was even more satisfied with the fact that the dam has some water even if it was just little.

With the water seed in hand, she just needed to throw it in there and let the seed take care of the rest. The sooner they start planting, the sooner the people would have something to eat. She didn’t dare wait a second.

Time wasn’t on her side.
